Marie-Fleur is the Legal and business affairs manager of BIOMUNEX. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the trademark department of Les Laboratoires Servier (Suresnes, FR) and then as a legal counsel specialized in intellectual property for biotech projects at SATT Paris-Saclay (Orsay, FR), a French technology transfer acceleration company. Marie-Fleur has proven expertise in R&D contract negotiation & management, technology transfer and a very good knowledge of the French academic environment. She holds two master’s degrees of Industrial Property and Pharmaceutical Laws from University of Paris V and University of Paris VIII. Marie-Fleur also holds an entrepreneurship certificate from HEC Paris. She is the author of legal articles and a member of a French Ethics Committee (CPP).
